Services Offered In Our Oral Diagnosis And Radiology Clinic

Oral Diagnosis Clinic is the department, where the first intraoral and extraoral examination of our patients is performed, panoramic radiographs showing the structure of the teeth and jaw are taken in the second stage of the examination, and 3D volumetric tomography is performed, if necessary.

In our center, each patient is referred for treatment to the relevant clinics with the treatment plan determined in accordance with the initial examination and radiological imaging findings. In the Oral Diagnosis and Radiology clinic, the initial examination of our patients is performed meticulously using various radiological imaging techniques. PANORAMIC X-RAY

It is a type of X-ray in which all teeth and jawbone are scanned using fewer rays. It is especially used for general oral examination for control purposes. Being digital, it improves image quality and significantly reduces the amount of radiation a person receives.

TOMOGRAPHY

It is a radiological diagnostic method that allows focused examination of the specific area using X-ray. In cases where there are large cysts, tumors and numerous implant applications are planned, bone thickness in the lateral axis, the location of sinus cavities and the path of veins and nerves can be detected.
