Treatments Performed In Our Oral And Maxillofacial Surgery Department
In our Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery department, following operations are performed in an operating room environment while the patient is under local anesthesia, general anesthesia or sedation: removal of impacted teeth, implant procedure, sinus lifting operation, removal of cysts and tumors in soft tissues and teeth by surgical procedures, surgeries performed on the hard and soft tissues of the mouth to help the placement of prosthesis, jaw fractures and root tip resection operations.
Following operations are performed in our oral, dental and maxillofacial surgery clinic:
- Tooth extraction,
- Implant treatments,
- Sinus lifting (sinus augmentation) with dental implant treatments,
- Graft (bone powder-autogenous block grafts) applications,
- Treatment of cysts and infections that occur in the jaw, oral cavity, tongue, sublingual area, cheek and palate,
- Treatment of cysts formed in the roots of the tooth (root tip resection treatment-apicoectomy),
- Surgical arrangement of soft and hard tissues in the mouth before prosthesis application,
- Removal of jaw tumors,
- Treatment of dental and mandibular fractures.
