Treatments Offered In Our Pediatric Dentistry Department
It is the dentistry branch which treats all kinds oral and dental problems of children starting from the birth to the age of 12, namely all kinds of carries in primary and permanent teeth, trauma or genetic problems.
In the protection of oral and dental health of children, parents' cooperation with the dentist, careful observation of their children, parents ensuring their children get accustomed to regular oral and dental care are key factors.
The main procedures performed in our pedodontics clinic are the following:
- Fissure sealant application,
- Application of fluoride,
- Restorative and Endodontic Treatments of Primary Teeth and Permanent Teeth (Filling, Amputation, Root Canal Treatment)
- Application of habit-breaking appliances for the prevention of bad oral habits,
- Space Maintainer and Pedodontic Prosthesis Procedure
- Treatment of Dental Trauma
- Dental Treatments under Sedation or General Anesthesia.
