Quality Management and Department Quality Officers
The Quality Management Unit plays a vital role in enhancing the safety of both patients and employees. This is achieved through risk assessment, incident reporting systems, monitoring performance indicators, and coordinating self-assessments and internal audits. By working closely with department quality officers, the unit significantly promotes the widespread adoption of quality awareness across the institution.
